The Under Water Search and Recovery Unit has located the two missing canoeists in Eagle Lake.
Yesterday, just after 5:00pm, Haliburton Highlands OPP were notified about two canoes capsizing on Eagle Lake.
Officials say some people from the boat managed to get to shore, but two men did not return.
They say they weren’t wearing life jackets.
Today, just before 12:00pm, they recovered the bodies of the two missing men.
Officials say more details will be released once it becomes available.
