Canada Post has recommended reducing the hours of the Wilberforce and Cardiff post offices. This would mean they would not be open on the weekend and would only be open a couple of days during the week, during business hours. The township has written to Canada Post objecting to the proposal, explaining how important the service is to rural communities. The township is asking for a promise that hours will not be cut.
