Canada Post has announced the new hours for the Cardiff post office. Staff was advised yesterday that they will be open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays from 10:30 until 5 and Thursdays from 10:30 until 6, closing for an hour each day for lunch. They will no longer be open on Saturday. The hours have been cut back as Canada Post rolls out plans to save money. Highlands East wrote to them this week hoping to keep the service available on Saturdays for those who can’t get to the post office during business hours. The new hours take effect March 17.
