The municipality of Minden Hills are looking into purchasing street banners for the downtown core.
Community Services Director Mark Coleman recently sent out a call for past banners, but only received about 20.
He has asked council to take $5,000 out of reserves to purchase 40 banners.
Coleman suggests using historical photos from the museum on them.
He is still waiting for design options, and quotations from vendors.
