A new playground at the Lochlin Community Centre is in the works.
The township of Minden Hills has received a $23,000 grant from the federal Enabling Accessibility Fund for the project.
Volunteers also spent countless hours to raise $10,000.
Director of Community Services Mark Coleman says Henderson offers the cheapest quote for the equipment.
Coleman is seeking staffs pre-approval because the EAF project deadline is July 19th.
He says the playground equipment takes 4 weeks for production and delivery.
