The Haliburton County Public Library and the Point in Time have partnered together to produce a new LGBTQ+ pamphlet.
Library CEO Bessie Sullivan says the goal is to support all youth in the community, especially those who are most vulnerable.
She says the Point in Time has pledged $550 towards buying more LGBTQ+ resources for the library.
Sullivan says they turn to community organizations who have better expertise than the HCPL when developing specific collections.
