Residents of Kawartha Lakes are being asked to use less water.
This is because Phase-One Water Restrictions have been implemented due to drought and low water levels.
Officials say residents with odd-number addresses can only water their lawns and gardens on odd numbered days.
People with even-numbered addresses can water on even numbered days only.
They say watering can only take place between 6:00am to 9:00am, or 7:00pm to 10:00pm.
Restrictions are in effect until further notice.
