Although the fire ban has been lifted in Haliburton County, firefighters want you to remember the regulations.
Officials say residents cannot burn during the daytime, which is in effect from the hours of 7:00am to 7:00pm.
They say this is because the risk of a wildfire is still moderate.
Campfires for cooking and warmth are permitted again.
