A Highlands East man is facing a charge after being pulled over for impaired driving.
The Bancroft OPP says last Thursday evening, the vehicle was stopped in the township of Highlands East.
After investigating, police determined the driver had been drinking.
A 53-year-old man has now been charged for driving over the legal alcohol limit.
He has been released on a promise to appear for a September court date in Bancroft.
