A new family from Syria is moving to Haliburton County.
The Haliburton Refugee Sponsorship Committee has been working hard over the last 11 months to prepare for the family’s arrival.
The Wiso family, which includes two parents and nine children, will arrive September 19th.
The committee is asking residents to give the family privacy while they adjust to their new home.
