A pop-up traffic experiment is being planned to make the community a safer place.
This is to look into how County Road 21 from Haliburton Village, to Whispering Pines Housing, could accommodate active transportation.
Communities in Action Committee Member Kate Hall says a traffic calming installation will be put in at the Head Lake parking lot entranceway.
Hall says the pop-up will be created using moveable materials like pylons or planters.
It will be happening on September 27th.
