Help the Minden Food Bank raise money for Christmas Hampers

A celebrity chef is coming to the Minden Food Bank to help raise money for the organization.

Norland’s Riverside Inn was featured on the TV show You Gotta Eat Here.

On November 16^th, the owner of the restaurant Jamie Burton will be running a dinner at the community kitchen.

Chair of the food bank Marilynne Lesperance says she’s using the money towards Christmas hampers, and year-round food.

Lesperance says she hopes with the restaurant being shown on TV it will heighten people’s interest.
