The Township of Minden Hills is reminding you nominations are being accepted for the 2016 Volunteer Awards.
Officials say it’s important to recognize youth, volunteers and those who go above and beyond in the community.
There are six awards this year, three of them are new.
Arts and Culture, Sports and Recreation, and Trillium have been added.
Nominations are being accepted until October 31st.
