There has been a slight increase on waterfront property sales in Haliburton County.
According to a report from the Lakelands Association of Realtors shows waterfront properties have jumped nearly 4 per cent since last September.
The sales of non-waterfront properties have also increased by 6 per cent.
President of the association Mike Taylor says the demand is still very high for this region for both types of properties.
