While another spooktacular Halloween approaches, the Haliburton Highlands OPP is reminding residents to be aware and stay safe while trick-or-treating.

Officials are reminding drivers to be alert and slow down when they see trick-or-treaters.
They say to stop when people are crossing the roads, especially when turning.
Our local OPP is also reminding children to walk and not run while going door-to-door.
