Our local art gallery in the Village of Haliburton is asking residents to donate.
This Friday, it’s the Art Heaven Fundraiser. It’s from 3:00pm, to 8:00pm.
Event Organizer Janet Trull is hoping to do better than they did in 2016. Last year, the event raised $2500. The money was used towards renovations.
The donations this year will raise funds for the gallery, and expose the community to its joys of owning and learning about original art and craft.

Trull says the goal is to put art in all the homes of Haliburton, regardless of their income level.
Art Heaven is an exhibition and sale of previously owned arts and crafts.
