The rising hydro cost is making more, and more people rely on the Minden Food Bank.
Chair of the bank Marilynne Lesperance says there has been an increase in clients because people are struggling every day.
Lesperance says some people who use the food bank are 3 to 5 thousand dollars in hydro debt.
