The Stanhope Municipal Airport is starting to think about its budget for 2017.
The airport committee wants to increase advertisement to promote fly in and drive in events. They want to buy two tents for $600, and they would like to have wooden benches for the new deck.
The committee is also thinking about getting an outdoor pop machine for the airport.
Prices are still being sorted out. The Airport Manager Cam Loucks says the final presentation of the budget will happen in February.
