Cardiff man accused of having child porn is looking to get legal aid

A Cardiff man facing child porn charges is applying for legal aid.

Bancroft OPP says John Allen Belbin faces two counts of allegedly possessing child porn, and one count of making it available.

The 28-year-old is currently out of custody on a recognizance order.

His next Bancroft court date is on January 31^st.
