Highlands East has revealed plans to celebrate Earth Day this year.
The Municipality is asking the community to pitch in and help clean up the community during Earth Week. Starting April 19, garbage bags will be available for pick up at Municipal offices and all four Highlands East library branches.
Residents are being asked to participate and pick up garbage throughout the week. Full bags can be dropped off to the local community centre on April 26.
