Ontario is helping two local companies grow their businesses. The province is giving Haliburton Highlands Brewing 100-thousand dollars to buy brewing equipment to help increase its batch size.
Kawartha Dairy is also getting $100,000 to get better packaging equipment. This is part of a provincial plan to grow the food and beverage industry. In total, over 11 million dollars is going into more than 200 projects across Ontario.
