Loon Lake Dam’s rehabilitation is set to be finished this spring. Parks Canada started the work in November, which includes major concrete repairs, a new wing wall, and a new deck. The dam isn’t passing water yet, however, it will once the work is finished on the spillway. The project is expected to wrap up by May.
