That’s the message from Reeve Carol Moffatt, who says there shouldn’t be incentives to donate time. This comes as the Stanhope Soccer League asked the municipality to pay for prizes, saying it will help to boost productivity in the volunteers. But, Moffatt says the students are already getting their volunteer hours needed to graduate high school. The issue will come back at the next budget meeting.
