The hourly rate to rent out the Lochlin Hall could be getting more expensive. The hall’s committee is looking at raising the price to bring in more cash for the building’s expenses. Environmental and Property Operations Manager Ivan Ingram says a four-hour rental should go from $40 to $48, and then every additional hour will go from $10 to $12. Minden Hills Council will look at the pitch in tomorrow morning’s meeting.
