The Haliburton Highlands OPP is ruling out foul play in connection to a missing man last seen in Minden. 54 year-old Glen Swanton was last seen over a week ago. The Bobcaygeon man’s car has since been found near Burnt River in Kawartha Lakes. The OPP has searched the lake without any luck. Swanton is six-feet tall, with short brown hair, clean-shaven, and wears glasses. Officials say he was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black windbreaker, and black winter boots. The investigation is on-going.
