Two students from Haliburton Highlands Secondary School will get the chance to win an all-expense paid trip to Ottawa. The Haliburton and Minden Rotary Clubs are sponsoring the trip so students can go to our nation’s capital and learn more about how the country is run. Any student who goes to the school and is between 16 and 18 can apply by writing an essay about what it means to be a Canadian citizen. It has to be handed in tomorrow.
