Haliburton County has seen more snow this winter than it has since 2009.
Environment Canada Meteorologist Geoff Coulson says, in 2009, the area was hit with about 264 centimetres of snow by the first week of February. Coulson says we didn’t get that much snow this year, but there is still more of it than average.
Coulson says the area could still be blasted with more snow before the end of winter.
