Minden Hills is getting ready to celebrate Canada’s 150th anniversary. County council is pitching in 25-hundred dollars to help make this summer’s Canada Day bigger and better. Director of Community Services, Mark Coleman, says they’re looking at things like a hot air balloon and a scavenger hunt around town. Nothing has been decided on yet and ideas are still being floated.
