A suspicious fire at an empty house on Clear Lake Road is being investigated by the OPP and the Ontario Fire Marshall’s office. Minden Hills Fire Chief Doug Schell said the fire destroyed the home and because of some irregularities the OPP were called in. The fire broke out on Monday, and Schell says the investigation wrapped up on Wednesday. The results should be released in the next few weeks.
