Last Friday, the Highland Storm Tyke’s teamwere in Huntsville to face off against the Otters. It was a back and forth battle with the Otters outlasting the Storm 7-4. Vanek Logan scored a hattrick and Leighton Nesbitt added a single. Meanwhile on Saturday the Joanne Sharpley’s Source for Sports/Haliburton Family Medical Centre Peewees headed to Penetanguishene for their first semi-final game against the Penetang Flames. The Flames came out flying and took the first game 5-1 with Ty Mills scoring the lone Storm goal. Game 2 is Friday February 24th at 7pm in Haliburton.
