The trial of the man accused of killing three women in the Madawaska Valley area will be moving to Ottawa from Pembroke.

The trial of Basil Borutski is set to begin on September 18th, almost two years since he was first arrested.

The Crown could be calling as-many-as 125 witnesses in the case which is projected to last at least four months.

Borutski has yet to hire a lawyer in the case and has refused to take part in pre-trial proceedings.
