Muskoka Territory Manager for Canadian Blood Services, Elaine St. Pierre, says in the last three months local clinics only reached 95 per cent of the target donor number.St. Pierre says that’s not enough because the numbers are closely aligned with what hospitals need. //www.myhaliburtonnow.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/Blood-Clinic-1.mp3 She says the bad winter has caused clinic cancellations, and stopped people from venturing out.
