Rain and snow are in the forecast for Haliburton today. Environment Canada has the area under a rainfall warning, as up to 50-millimeters could fall in some areas. Warning Preparedness Meteorologist, Peter Kimbell, says the temperature is then going to drop.
Kimbell says if you’ve already switched the tires on your car, be extremely careful on the roads this evening. The rain and snow should clear out by this weekend, where highs of nine are in the forecast.
