Vaccination clinics for those without a family doctor are coming to Haliburton. The clinic will provide free shots at the health unit on May 3rd. CallĀ 1-866-888-4577, ext. 1507 to book an appointment.
The Haliburton Kawartha Pine Ridge District Health Unit is also holding a food handler course, which will give participants a certified food handling certificate. It’s happening on May 3rd, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. To sign up, call Ā (705) 457-1391.
There will also be two sexual health clinics next month, which will provide cancer screenings, low-cost birth control, and various tests.
