High water levels are causing a road closure in Minden Hills. Bobcaygeon Road is closed until further notice because of a culvert washout. Signs and barricades are up at the intersection of Plantation Road and Highway 118.
The township is reminding drivers to stay off of any roads that are underwater, because the pavement underneath could be unstable and dangerous. Staff are also reminding drivers that private roads aren’t monitored by the township, and anyone needing access should be careful.
