Homeowners on a municipally owned road are asking Dysart to plow it during the winter. There are four families who live on Bonnyville Road year-round, which is close to Cruiser Lake. Right now, the residents are hiring a snow plow contractor to maintain it during the winter, but say it’s getting harder and harder to find someone to take it on because the road is less than two kilometers long.
The road is wide enough to safely accommodate a snow plow, but the issue comes to down to time for the municipality. Council is going to look at the issue and update the residents in the fall.
