The warm weather might be inviting forĀ boatersĀ in Muskoka, but police are warning you to be careful.
Orillia OPP Constable Steve Mihills says high water flows have dragged a lot of debris into lakes in Muskoka.
Mihills says its very important to make sure you have a safety kit for any boat or canoe you take out on the water.
You should also always let someone know where you’re going to be and when you’re expected to return.
