Heat Bank Haliburton County is spreading the word about a potential break on Hydro bills. Ontario Electricity Support Program Credits went up by 50 per cent this month, which means low income households can qualify for more cash back.
The credits are directly applied to your Hydro bill, and range from $45 to $113. Households that are already registered will automatically get the increase, and those that haven’t signed up can go through the Heat Bank to find out how.
