Minden Hills is still waiting for some relief when it comes to water levels. The township says the levels rose another two centimetres on Wednesday night, and the Gull River is getting close to 2013 levels.

More rain is in the forecast for this weekend, and Reeve Brent Devolin says the township is nervous about that, but there is some good news.

On top of that, warmer temperatures are in store for the area next week which Devolin says will hopefully help the situation.

There is still an emergency operation centre set up at the S.G. Nesbitt centre, and anyone in need can register with the Red Cross and the food bank.
