A local real estate broker will be part of a rural task force to look at the way realtors do business.
Andrew Hodgson was asked by Ontario Real Estate Association C.E.O. Tim Hudak for his input.
He says when decisions are made that govern real estate agents, it’s mostly input from urban centres.
Hodgson is a broker with Century 21 Granite Realty in Haliburton County.
He expects situations where realtors represent both a buyer and seller in the same transaction will be a hot topic.
