Minden Hills wants to throw a party to thank everyone who helped during the May flood.
Council discussed the idea in great length during a recent council meeting.
Reeve Brent Devolin says the challenge will be reaching out to everyone who lent a hand.
No date has been set for a celebration but late August was being mentioned as a possibility.
