The Haliburton Highlands Outdoors Association will be serving chicken and ribs next month and you are invited.
The H.H.O.A. has their chicken and ribs dinner every summer to raise money for their programs.
The funds help them operate their fish hatchery as well as their archery initiative.
According to the H.H.O.A. they have stocked more than 625,000 fish into around 100 lakes in our county.

The dinner is set for August 12 at the Haliburton Curling Club.
