A 26 year old Dysart man is facing two charges after allegedly driving under the influence.
Haliburton Highlands O.P.P. were tipped off about a red pickup truck going into the westbound ditch of county road 21 on July 7.
When they got to the scene, they saw the man in the pickup truck he was taken to hospital as a precaution.
The suspect is charged with care and control while impaired by drug, and possession of a schedule one substance.
He has a court date in Minden on September 6.
