A 51-year-old Dysart man will be in court in September for allegedly driving drunk.
Haliburton Highlands O.P.P. had a check stop set up on Highway 118 by Jim Beef Lake Road on Wednesday.
Just before 4:00 p.m. the suspect was stopped and the O.P.P. determined he has been drinking.
He is facing a charge of driving over the legal limit of .08.

The suspect also had his license suspended for 90 days and his vehicle was impounded for seven days.
His court date is September 6 in Minden.
