A 55-year old man from Algonquin Highlands is facing two charges after an O.P.P. check stop.
The Haliburton Highlands detachment had the check stop along North Shore Road on Saturday afternoon.
When the suspect pulled up to the stop, police determined he had been drinking.
He was charged with driving over the legal limit of .08 and driving with a suspended license.
He will be in court September 6.
