A 52-year-old man will be in a Minden courtroom to answer for three driving related charges.
Haliburton Highlands O.P.P. found out about a vehicle in a ditch around 10:00 on Friday night on County Road 21 in Minden Hills.
Police determined he had been drinking.
The suspect is facing charges of: impaired driving, driving over the legal limit of .08, and failing to show his insurance card.
The man, from Cambridge, had his license suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for seven days.
His court date is October 4.
