Business owners in Lake of Bays are being called upon to discuss workplace challenges.
The Simcoe Muskoka Workforce Development Board wants to connect with three to five businesses in Lake of Bays that have experience with issues finding qualified employees. The organization wants to get a better understanding of what local business owners have to do to find workers, and what has or hasn’t been successful.
In addition to that, Muskoka Futures has launched a new website and is looking to connect with local businesses that want to learn more about the support it offers. The organization works with business owners to create a strong economy and stimulate job growth.
