A 13-year-old boy is dead after a boating incident on Clement Lake in Highlands East.
It happened last Thursday afternoon.
Haliburton Highlands OPP says the Port Colborne boy involved in the boating incident was brought to a Toronto area Hospital with life threatening injuries.
Police are not releasing any other details at this time.
