Minden Pride wrapped up its second annual Pride Week with a picnic at the Wild Swan.
Pride Week Co-Chair Sinclair Russel says attendance at events was up this year.
Russel says he already has some ideas for next year’s Pride Week but says they are a secret for now.

Last year’s events only included the rainbow flag raising at the municipal office and a picnic.
This year included a Loud and Proud Church Service and Pride Trivia.
Pride week is meant to celebrate the L.G.B.T.Q. culture.
