Highlands East Council will be reviewing a cultural plan. Cultural Plan Project committee member, Jim Blake presented council with their vision for the municipality. The six goals included promoting community engagement and inclusion, and strengthening the identity of Highlands East. Council will review a draft cultural plan at the next council meeting.
